The Global AI Inclusion & Ethics Conference

May 16-18, 2027 | Philadelphia + Virtual

The future of technology is not "on its way." It's already here. AI is moving from being a technology discussion to a people, business, culture, and societal transformation conversation. In fact, modern technology won't be defined solely by what AI can  do—the next generation of people and institutions that use AI will value it based on whether they can trust, access, and benefit from it, as well as see themselves reflected  in the design.

Building human trust in AI cannot be accomplished by one company, one industry, or one discipline. It requires a global community working together to define what trustworthy AI means, elevate diverse voices, share best practices, and turn ethical principles into meaningful action.

Join HLTWai™ for its AI Inclusion & Ethics Conference in Philadelphia on May 16th-18th. This hybrid event is called FIATE 2027. In Spanish, the term FIATE translates into the word: trust. It is our assertion that the Future of Insight, Accessibility, Thought-leadership, and Engagement requires us to transform systems that society trusts at work and in the marketplace. FIATE 2027 gives you a chance to understand the broader picture rather than focusing only on tools and capabilities.

Our goal is not simply to discuss responsible AI-- but to leave with shared principles, practical solutions, meaningful partnerships, and commitments that move trust from an aspiration to an action. Won't you join us? Participate in this meaningful and visionary movement to re-imagine systems that society trusts! #FIATE2027

This Isn't Your Typical Conference

This conference  sits at an intersection that very few technology events address well: AI and emerging technology + the people who will actually live with its consequences.

The biggest mistake organizations can make is treating inclusion as something you address after a model is finished. FIATE 2027 brings diverse human perspectives into the design, development and deployment process itself. That means learning how to ask better questions before AI becomes embedded in workplaces, marketplaces, and other trusted systems.

A typical AI conference might focus on models, productivity, automation, investment, or implementation. FIATE 2027 adds the human perspective. Finally, our expert facilitators will utilize a variety of teaching methods-- accommodating unique ways of processing information, framing problems, and analyzing situations.

Destination: Philadelphia

Philadelphia is the birthplace of America, convening the first and second continental delegations. Since its founding in 1682, Philadelphia has become a significant historic, cultural, and economic center. As a major hub, Philadelphia offers an opportunity to further develop a technology corridor that rivals Research Triangle Park, Cummings Research Park, and Silicon Valley.

Philadelphia is centrally located and has access to tier-one AI research institutions with advanced labs focused on machine learning, robotics, and applied AI. Further, Philadelphia provides close proximity to the largest biotech, life sciences, and pharmaceutical cluster in the world.

According to VisitPhilly.com, Philadelphia wrote America's story. It makes sense for the City to write the next chapter by serving as the host for one of the most important conversations of our time. Note: The in-person conference is limited to 500 participants. Register early to reserve your spot.

About FIATE 2027

Purpose

The purpose of this conference is to inspire a more inclusive and ethical AI future—one in which human-centered insight, accessibility, diverse perspectives, and meaningful engagement guide how AI is imagined, designed, developed, and deployed.

Trust is the bridge between AI innovation and responsible adoption. It connects the promise of AI with the conditions needed for people and organizations to embrace it.

Imagine the Possibilities

AI Inclusion shouldn't be treated merely as a social responsibility exercise. Bringing different experiences into technology development can  expose needs, use cases, failure modes, and other opportunities.

So the question becomes: Does engaging more people make the technology better? If the answer is yes, inclusion becomes an innovation strategy, not simply an ethics initiative.

Leaders Learning to Ask Better Questions

Leaders don't just ask, "Can we build or deploy this?" They want to know, "Will our AI-enhanced systems meet the needs of our unique stakeholders?"

This perspective is increasingly valuable in workplaces and  marketplaces where AI is making decisions about hiring, healthcare, lending/personal finance, customer  experiences, access, productivity, and service offerings. From a competitive perspective, asking better questions separates the best from the rest.

Discover Opportunities

As an exclusive, human-centered event, HLTWai™ expects 1,500 attendees from around the globe, representing professionals from every institution.

Attendees of this hybrid event expect to:

  • Explore strategies that lead to trustworthy, responsible, accessible, and sustainable AI.
  • Ensure diverse voices help shape the use of AI in the future workplace and marketplace.
  • Take a deeper dive into stakeholder engagement through the lens of inclusion.
  • Build reliable AI systems and empower developers to lead domain-specific innovation.
  • Target long-term market confidence in AI by scaling multi-generational insights across institutions and systems.
  • Build relationships that could materially expand global professional networks.
  • Explore frameworks that can be implemented at work.
  • Generate ideas that could improve an existing technology initiative.
  • Develop a stronger position as an human-AI strategist and/or thought leader.

Who Should Attend?

You're not just networking with "AI people." This event provides an opportunity to potentially meet decision-makers working across technology, accessibility, HR and workforce issues, governance, education, ethics, compliance, procurement, real estate, and human-centered innovation. This is a much more interesting network if the goal is to influence how organizations actually deploy technology.

How Can I Build Relationships?

FIATE 2027 is a 2.5 day experience filled with educational workshops; intriguing keynote presentations and plenary sessions; a VIP welcome reception; an AI Inclusion Exhibition Fair; a golf outing; and pivotal conversations over delectable meals.

Before the conference begins, participants may attend the Philly Wine Fest! on Sat., May 15, 2027.

What is the Cost?

The $1,675 (USD) early bird fee includes the in-person registration fee and access to the online conference site post-event. In-person attendance is limited to 500 participants. The early Virtual registration fee is $1,395 (USD) and includes access to the online conference site post-event as well.

The regular registration fee is $1,875 for in-person attendance and $1,595 for virtual attendance.

ROI & Our Conference Policies

The value of our AI Inclusion & Ethics Conference isn't necessarily a line item you can immediately put on a spreadsheet. It's the cost of problems you don't have to fix later.

A traditional approach to developing or deploying an AI-enabled system might optimize for:

--> speed + cost + technical performance

FIATE 2027 entails adding the following to the equation:

--> access + trust + human impact + data quality + accountability

You may have lots of options for conference participation; but our event explicitly identifies monetization, ROI, and sustainability as part of the conversation in digital transformations, AI/ML, and automation efforts. If engaging stakeholders early prevents even one major redesign, failed implementation, accessibility problem, reputational  issue, lawsuit, or adoption failure, the investment in the conference pays for  itself.

Certification

Candidates for the AMBP-L™ credentials will be provided with a complimentary conference registration as a part of the certification requirement.
